So make sure to read the rest and SHARE with your friends so you all can experience this Boone Hidden Gem. And let us know what you think in the comments section below. Happy Eats!
Basil’s Pasta is a hidden gem in Boone, North Carolina. Opened by Patrick Sullivan, this foodie spot has some of the best made-from-scratch pasta and sandwiches in town. Patrick is a former Stick Boy Bread Company employee so he learned how to treat food right from our friend Carson and his team.
We strive to provide wholesome, made from scratch prepared foods using quality ingredients in a comfortable and friendly environment.
There menu is pretty big so everyone should be able to find something. I recently learned that you can even turn any of their sandwiches into a salad if you would like. They are all about serving people, not just food.
We make fresh pasta, ravioli, and sauces from scratch that are sold by the pound to cook at home. We offer deli sandwiches, fresh pasta, soups, salads and more to enjoy in our cafe style seating. We have 6 different craft beers on tap and a wine selection that compliments our food.
We did post once about Basil’s in our “Boone’s Best Sandwiches” post but we believe this place deserves its on feature. Make sure to check out this place and other great sandwich spots this weekend!
